140 × 60 px and 10–20 KB are examples. Enter the values printed in your current application notice.

How to make a signature between 10 and 20 KB

  1. Choose a clear image of your signature. The picture is processed on your device.
  2. Read your application notice and enter its required width, height, and KB range. The starting values are only an example.
  3. Leave Trim empty white margins on for a clean white-paper scan. Turn it off if the preview cuts any stroke.
  4. Select Resize signature. Check the displayed dimensions, byte size, and preview before downloading.

Why the minimum matters

Some forms reject a JPG that is below 10 KB as well as one above 20 KB. When a clean signature is already smaller than the minimum, this tool can add a standard JPEG comment segment without changing its appearance. The actual output bytes are checked before the download button appears.

Before submitting your form

Check the current official notice for format, dimensions, background, and file-size limits. A file that passes this page's size check can still be rejected for a different form rule. Keep your original image and inspect the downloaded JPG at full size to make sure all strokes are visible.

Frequently asked questions

Will 140 × 60 pixels work for every form?

No. It is an example. Use the exact dimensions in your current official notice.

Can I use a PNG or WebP source?

Yes. The downloaded result is a JPG on a white background.

What if the output cannot fit the range?

The page explains which limit failed and does not label the file as ready. Try the exact dimensions allowed by your form or start with a cleaner image.

Is my signature uploaded?

No. Image processing happens in your browser; selected file contents are not sent to Utilix.
