File processing

Image conversion, compression, editing, resizing, PDF rendering, image-to-PDF, and PDF merge run in your browser. Selected file contents are not sent to the Utilix website server. Closing the page clears temporary browser memory. Downloaded results remain wherever your browser saves them.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. Cloudflare receives ordinary connection and usage data when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser details, page URL, and performance measurements. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Once advertising is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google's Ad Center. You can also learn how Google uses data from partner sites at Google's partner-sites page. Ads are not active until the site is approved by the advertising provider.

Third-party resources

Pages may load web fonts from Google Fonts and processing libraries from public CDNs for PDF pages, ZIP downloads, and HEIC decoding. Those providers may receive ordinary connection data. The libraries process selected files locally after they load. Background removal, enhancement, upscaling, and canvas fill use browser image operations; they do not call AI services.

Your choices

You can use the file tools without an account. Browser settings can restrict cookies and other site storage. Some advertising features may then be unavailable. Avoid using a shared device for sensitive documents, and check the official portal's privacy and file rules before submitting a document elsewhere.
